Shelter Badge

Where is the best place to build a shelter?
  I  Think the best place to build a shelter is next to a river so you can get water to drink, and fish to eat the way you get the fish you get a branch and a sharp stone to stab the fish but at least 5 meters away from the river.

What does the shelter need to protect you from? the main thing you want to protect your self from is mosquitoes so I would make a curtain out of tree leafs to block the mosquitoes away.

What materials could you use to build a shelter? I think you can use tree leafs and tree branches and vines to tie the branches together so they can stay secure.

What are some pros and cons of sleeping in a bush shelter? after a long day of being in the bush you should normally stop and set up your camp sight (unless your a night person).

This is my Chapter Chat activity I did research on Sunflower seeds. The easy part of this research was doing the design of everything. The hard part was finding the information and putting it in my own words because I had to write what it was saying but in different words. I got some comments from Willis he said that he liked the research and the drawings and he also liked the way how I did the writing in the middle with highlighting them with the colour of the background.
